Marketing Intern – Website Management

About the Role 

Are you passionate about digital experiences and website design? We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to help maintain and enhance user experience on our website. You’ll play a key role in updating content, improving user journeys, and coordinating with our design and technical team to ensure a seamless online experience. 

What You’ll Do 

• Maintain & Update Website Content: Keep our site fresh with updated text, visuals, and campaign materials while ensuring brand consistency. 


• Plan Customer Journeys: Analyze user flow and collaborate with the marketing team to create an engaging, intuitive experience. 


• Coordinate Technical Changes: Work closely with web developers to implement design changes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. 


• Monitor & Improve: Conduct regular checks for functionality and track analytics to identify areas for improvement. 


• Contribute to Design Improvements and User Testing: Assist in refining website design and participating in usability testing to enhance user experience. 


• Collaborate with Designers for Interface Enhancements: Work alongside UI/UX designers to implement interface improvements that align with marketing goals. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field. 


• Basic knowledge of web design principles and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). 


• Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools is a plus. 


• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills. 


• Bonus if you are familiar with ICT industry jargons.
