Job Description



The role requires coordination of the above for the regional in-market stores (currently Kids 21 Malaysia and Hong Kong).This role also requires keeping track of all costs related to the budget, provides analytics, tracks ROI and Public Relations and creating related reports. Calendar monitoring with editorial, operations and merchandisers, market liaison and follow up, dissemination of all creative materials to meet marketing plans.


Responsibilities


Kids 21



  • Plan and execute local marketing & Public Relations activities as well as coordinate regional activities

  • Plan the pitching of Public Relations features and in tandem, where relevant, with delivery of samples to the region for shoots etc if applicable.

  • Coordination with brand principles on press samples, press materials, collaterals and information on an on-going basis.

  • Developing and executing the regular email marketing to the markets’ databases and managing the calendaring and scheduling of the social post content.

  •  Briefing and tracking of digital marketing and social media strategy together with the digital performance marketing agency on record

  • Execution of Kids 21 offline and online promotional plans including end-of-season sales, corporate branding and coordinating with markets.

  • Work closely in tandem with Merchandising on sourcing and recommendations for promotional materials for Kids 21 pertinent to the marketing and promotions plans including GWPs, special-edition items etc.

  • Part of the Marketing team to plan and execute Events (in-store and off-site) for the purposes of marketing and communications for offline and online Kids 21 to align in terms of branding and accessibility. This may be in the form of events, workshops etc for our customers and partners.

  • Budget tracking for all A&P, digital, editorial, direct marketing and Public Relations

  • Research and track competitive activities and report

  • Liaison and coordination of assets to partners eg comoclub, corporate partners and media for amplification and communications pertaining to campaigns and tactical offers.


Kids 21 Ecommerce


Additional to the above, for the e-commerce business, the role requires:



  • Monitoring and support of timing and dissemination of materials so as to ensure content is relevant for marketing channels such as social media posts and as well as coordination of email marketing materials/links.

  • To work with relevant parties re Operations, CRM and Merchandising on content execution, marketing programs and materials for the region

  • To ensure checking of all materials including email marketing including functionality of emails is completed
