Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Handle products quotation, cost and contract negotiations


• Work with development and project management team in proposing new products to customers


• Work with various departments of the organization to get cost information


• Initiate and coordinate contract reviews with internal stakeholders


• Maintain accurate pricing data and customer data in internal systems


• Maintain and update the company profile and presentation materials for external use


• Initiate and manage Business Quality Reviews – End of Life (BQR-E) with relevant teams


• Manage early-stage business opportunities with existing customers


• Ensure compliance with Export Control requirements and support audits as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent


• Experience in a Manufacturing environment is an added advantage


• Knowledge of BOM structure, costing and track profit and loss of the product


• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams


• Knowledge of Export Control compliance is an advantage


• Willing to perform Overtime
