Marketing Executive

• Position: Senior Marketing Executive

• Working Location:  Bras Basah

• Working Hours:  8am to 5pm/8.30am to 5.30pm/9am to 6pm/930am to 630pm (flexi)

• Working Days: Monday - Friday

• Salary Range: $3500 - $4000

Job Introduction
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive execution of our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on social media campaigns and lead generation.
This role is critical in building a consistent digital presence and delivering measurable
pipeline outcomes, particularly in support of key programmes. 

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Campaign Execution & Management

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels, primarily LinkedIn

• Drive campaigns for:
  - Lead generation (programme sign-ups, prospect engagement)
  - Recruitment support
  - Brand visibility initiatives

• Monitor campaign performance and optimise for conversion

Social Media Strategy & Management

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence

• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar

• Ensure alignment with brand positioning and messaging

• Track engagement and continuously improve content effectiveness

Content Development & Coordination

• Develop content across formats:
  - Thought leadership
  - Educational content
  - Internal branding (people, culture)

• Work with internal stakeholders to source content

• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. designers, videographers) where required

Lead Generation & Performance Tracking

• Support development of lead generation funnels (e.g. campaigns, forms, landing flows)

• Track and report on:
  - Leads generated
  - Conversion rates
  - Campaign ROI

• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal teams (e.g. business, programme owners) to align campaigns with business priorities

• Ensure timely delivery and quality execution across all initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in Financial services, insurance, or professional services.

• Entry level is welcome. Training provided.

• Proven experience in:
  - Social media campaign execution
  - Digital lead generation
