Job Scope:

• Conduct market and competitor research to support brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and content platforms.

• Manage and maintain the marketing content calendar independently to meet tight timelines.

• Run basic digital advertising campaigns (e.g. social media ads) to drive traffic and generate leads.

• Create visually appealing and engaging content aligned with the brand’s identity and guidelines.

• Support marketing activities, events, and promotions, including on-ground coordination and execution.

• Liaise and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and consistent campaign execution.

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with brand direction and sales targets.

• Handle administrative tasks related to marketing operations and reporting.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation is an advantage.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.

• Proficient in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and design tools (e.g., Canva, WooCommerce will be added advantage).
