Responsibilities:
Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Digital Marketing: Optimize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online ads to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement multi-channel campaigns aligned with company growth in Revenue and Profitability goals, including digital, print, social media, and events.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and oversee the creation of marketing materials to uphold brand integrity.
Content Creation: Collaborate with teams to produce compelling content across blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with various administration duties as needed.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Communication: Good command of spoken and written English
Event Management Expertise: Detail-oriented in planning and executing seamless events.
Social Media Knowledge: Familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Meta etc.
Design & Editing Skills: Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop and CapCut
Creative & Analytical Mindset: Able to evaluate and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights for improved performance.
Willingness to Learn: A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and marketing strategies, and a proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth.
