Job Description:
· Assist in plan, budget and execute campaigns across variety of media channels
· Accountable to gather market information and formulate monthly marketing campaign
· Assist in marketing, EDM, media plan and selection, PR and editorial write ups to press and magazines
· Prepares marketing materials and carries out through advertisement and web page, and encourage traffic to company’s website
· Implement and execute the strategy of in-store events, atrium / outdoor events, joint Promotions and tie-ups with relevant Business Partners to drive traffic into our stores and to increase sales and brand awareness
· Oversees advertising to generate sales and maintain good working relationships with brand principals to minimize out of pocket expenses and tap on brand principals' marketing initiatives
· Accountable to develop and maintain professional relationship with Landlord for publicity sites, atrium fair locations, A&P opportunities and best exposure for stores and brands through their event calendar activities
· Work closely with creative department to develop relevant communication collateral and In-Store Responsibilities window display with promotional theme
· Create marketing collaterals, artwork review and copywriting for both print and internet content.
· Draft PR kit for new product/brand launch and disseminate to media partners
· Coordinate all social media aspects for the Business Units.
· Monthly marketing activities report to various HODs
Any other ad hoc job as per assigned
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Mass Communication or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail industry with good knowledge of the market and strong media contacts is a plus point
· Strong commands of English language in steer technical contents into attractive marketing content
· Proficient in different marketing media or IT tools
· Able to excel under pressure, work on several concurrent projects, handle tight deadline and well-organized
· Adaptable, communicate effectively with all levels of people, and work well with several other teams (channel sales, retail operations, creative, merchandising)
· Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical, resourceful, creative, pro-active, and meticulous with a keen-eye for details
· Well versed in network with media, press, and relevant business partners
· Salary package commensurate with capability & years of experience
