Job Title: Marketing Executive
Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and other marketing duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the brand's messaging and align with the company's overall objectives.
Responsibilities:
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram).
- Use SEO best practices to optimize social media posts for search engines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for content creation.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, including tracking metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and follower growth.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm updates.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and differentiation.
- Work closely with the Sales department to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with sales goals and objectives. This involves regular communication and collaboration to identify areas where marketing efforts can support sales, such as lead generation, customer engagement, and product promotions.
- Conduct Whatsapp marketing to leads and existing customers. This involves developing targeted messaging campaigns to reach out to potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and nurturing leads to increase conversion rates. The candidate will need to have strong communication skills and be able to write engaging and persuasive content that can convert leads into customers.
ADVERTISING
This includes identifying the best advertising formats for reaching the target audience, setting budget allocations, and developing creative concepts that effectively communicate the brand messaging.
Social Media Advertising: Optimize social media ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI). This involves monitoring key metrics such as cost per click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and ROAS. The candidate should be familiar with ad optimization techniques, such as bid management, targeting adjustments, and ad placement testing, to ensure that ads are delivering the best possible results.
CONTENT CREATION
Create engaging content that is optimized for each social media platform in our showroom and occasionally on site. Experience in video production, photography, and graphic design is a plus.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital and traditional marketing and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram), social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for social media search engines.
- Experience with market research and competitor analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Social Media Advertising (Facebook and Instagram)
- Ability to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders and counterparts.
