ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Executive reports to the Product Development Manager. Key responsibilities include promoting product sales, increasing brand awareness, and supporting the marketing and publicity efforts for KenShop and its Singapore-focused merchandise and collectibles.
The individual will be involved in content creation, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, social media management and e-commerce operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Creation & Brand Marketing
Assist in creating publicity plan for existing and new products
Create photos and / or videos of products for Marketing and publicity purposes
Conceptualise and produce engaging social media content across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and Xiaohongshu
Monitor and optimise advertisement performance, engagement and conversions
Assist in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) efforts to improve website visibility and online reach
Assist in maintaining and strengthening the company’s brand identity and online presence
Work with the Product Development team to develop marketing concepts and campaign ideas
Brainstorm and propose creative marketing campaigns, promotional ideas and customer engagement initiatives
Develop marketing collaterals for retail stores, events and promotional campaigns (e.g. posters, signages, display materials, product cards and promotional visuals)
Assist in planning seasonal promotions, product launches and in-store marketing activities
2. Sales
Manage existing sales channels (e.g. Shopee, Website, TikTok shop)
Assist in updating product listings, descriptions and promotional materials
Respond to customer enquiries and aim for order conversions
Monitor online store performance and assist in driving online sales growth
3. Event Management
Assist in occasional booth sales
Support event setup, customer engagement and onsite marketing activities
Conduct occasional live sales
4. Customer Service
Attend to occasional enquiries at service centre
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Skill
• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields.*
• Minimum 1-year experience in content creation and marketing.

• Knowledge of social media platforms’ functions (I.e. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu) is required.
> Knowledge of Facebook Business Suite is a plus
• Basic photography knowledge and video-editing skills.
> Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus
• Basic photography knowledge and video-editing skills.
• An understanding of digital marketing, SEO and online advertising campaigns is required
*Candidates with good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and possess Illustration / Graphic Designing abilities may be considered for a more senior role.
*Candidates without the related educational qualifications may be considered with a suitable portfolio or work experience

WORKING HOURS
• Standard working arrangement is office-based. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with a one-hour break
• May be required to work the occasional weekend (e.g. during events)
