About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our growing team at our Orchard Central Region office on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the development and execution of direct marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement. This position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, offering you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our marketing campaigns and customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in the planning, development, and execution of direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, digital, and traditional media

2. Support the management and optimisation of CRM systems and databases to ensure data integrity and effective customer segmentation

3. Create and analyse customer engagement reports and marketing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging

5. Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including copy, graphics, and promotional materials

6. Support the implementation of customer retention strategies and loyalty programmes

7. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform marketing strategy recommendations

8. Maintain organised records of marketing campaigns, customer interactions, and project documentation

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field

2. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, direct marketing, or customer relationship management

3. Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

6. Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

7. Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving abilities

8. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development

9. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms

10. Experience with email marketing platforms or marketing analytics tools is advantageous
