Key Responsibilities:
· Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful delivery.
· Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create compelling content—including copywriting, visuals, and videos—for event promotions and digital outreach.
· Operational Oversight: Manage project timelines, liaise with vendors, and oversee logistics to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution.
· Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to support employee wellness and health programmes.
· Community Engagement: Develop and curate engaging email campaigns (eDMs) for our patient community, including planning, content creation, testing, and scheduling.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics for events and campaigns; provide logistical and administrative support as needed.
· Special Projects: Support the Marketing Manager with ad hoc initiatives that align with broader marketing and business objectives.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in marketing operations, campaign management and event planning.
· Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, social media, basic design tools).
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
