Responsibilities
1. Enhanced online customer engagement and content creation
a. Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu), including content scheduling, community engagement, and timely responses to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback
b. Plan, create, and manage digital content for marketing campaigns, including photo and video production, editing
c. Design and produce marketing collaterals such as promotional posters, treatment visuals, brochures, and social media assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity and relevant advertising guidelines
d. Track, analyze, and report on search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO) search rankings, campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results
2. Lead partnerships to drive new customer growth
a. Identify and develop partnerships and campaigns to attract new customers and increase brand awareness
b. Liaise with external partners such as influencers, agencies, and vendors to execute campaigns and collaborations
3. Operational and admin support
a. Handle online sales/orders
b. Support marketing events, promotions, and new treatment launches
c. Coordinate online live events on social media e.g. live sales or marketing campaign
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
· More than 3 years of marketing sales experience
· Proficient in creating and editing videos and photos
· Competent in editing software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut
· English and Chinese proficient
· Customer service oriented – strong client focused mindset
· Positive attitude and adaptable
· Desire to make a difference to people’s lives
