Job Description:
Campaign Execution: Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives while expanding PlayMade’s market presence.
Systems Management: Oversee in-store POS and kiosk systems, including product listings and visual display updates, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimise marketing strategies to support business growth.
Social Media & Customer Engagement: Manage and execute content across Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (XHS), and Facebook to grow engagement and maintain brand consistency. Includes responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, even on weekends, to uphold strong customer satisfaction.
Brand Expansion Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to coordinate regional brand expansion initiatives for PlayMade and Playground.
Trend Monitoring: Identify emerging industry and competitor trends, providing recommendations to enhance customer engagement and marketing impact.
Operational & Promotional Coordination: Plan and execute promotional activities, oversee creative production, and manage communication materials across channels such as in-app messaging, offline collaterals, social media, CRM, paid ads, and influencer marketing.
Administrative Tasks: Support daily marketing operations through general administrative duties, event execution, and ad-hoc responsibilities.
Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles.
Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Operational Expertise: Familiarity with managing POS systems, website updates, and process optimisation. Experience in FMCG, B2B, franchising, or regional expansion is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyse performance metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations
Digital Proficiency: Active across social platforms with an understanding of digital engagement and advertising. Skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or video editing tools are advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities to liaise across teams and manage customer inquiries effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Interest in the beverage/F&B industry—especially bubble tea—and awareness of marketing trends.
Work Ethic: Quick learner with a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
