ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role sits within the MarTech Experience & Personalisation (MXP) team and works closely with internal BU stakeholders, creative agencies, and MXP’s platform and campaign owners.
You will play a crucial role in enabling smooth campaign execution, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting company's broader omni-channel personalisation roadmap.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Campaign Planning & Coordination
Act as the primary liaison with creative agencies, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and alignment to campaign objectives.
Prepare campaign briefs, asset specifications, timelines, and work schedules for agency partners.
Coordinate internal alignment across stakeholders (BU reps, MXP, platform/campaign owners) for smooth workflow handover and approvals.
Campaign Execution & Operations
Support MXP in campaign setup and activation on Braze — including audience selection, content setup, channel configuration, and QA checks.
Manage creative adaptations and content variations (e.g., personalisation variants, A/B test versions) using provided assets and templates.
Assist with copywriting for email, push, and in-app messaging as needed.
MarTech & Platform Support
Work alongside MXP’s platform owners to ensure alignment with Braze and Adobe requirements.
Support tagging, content mapping, and asset updates on AEM for relevant marketing campaigns.
Assist in the operational flow between AEM, AT, and Braze to maintain campaign readiness.
REQUIREMENTS
At least Diploma/Degree
3–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or campaign operations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe marketing solutions (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target (AT)) or Braze, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment supporting integrated marketing and personalisation initiatives.
