Description
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to convert prospects into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and supporting materials for client engagements.
Work closely with the Design Team to develop project concepts and solutions that meet client requirements.
Attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities and customer trends to identify new opportunities.
Assist in organizing company events, webinars, networking sessions, and product launches.
Support the team in lead generation efforts through the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
Conduct building walkthroughs and market mapping to identify potential prospects and update the CRM database accordingly.
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, client relations, or business development
Experience in interior design, architecture, property, or lifestyle industries is an advantage
Familiarity with social media platforms
Knowledge in HubSpot CRM is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Creative, proactive, and comfortable interacting with clients at all levels.
