Digital Marketing & Website Management
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and optimized for user experience.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor website performance and digital campaign metrics.
- Ensure all online content complies with healthcare marketing guidelines and regulations.
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram).
- Monitor social medical engagement and respond to comments or messages where appropriate.
- Track social media analytics and provide performance reports.
- Develop strategies to grow audience engagement and brand visibility.
Design & Visual Content
- Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, posters, brochures, and digital banners.
- Ensure visual branding is consistent across all marketing channels.
- Work with internal teams to create visuals for campaigns and announcements.
Content Creation
- Create engaging content including articles, captions, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Support the development of healthcare-related educational content for patients and the public.
- Collaborate with health professionals to ensure content accuracy.
Event Marketing Support
- Assist in the promotion of healthcare events, workshops, and campaigns.
- Design event marketing materials and digital invitations.
- Provide marketing support before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate social media coverage for events.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or content creation (health care experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Create Suite, or similar.
- Experience managing websites and social media platforms.
- Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
