Marketing Executive/Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to
join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and
implementing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. You
will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, driving customer
engagement, and contributing to our overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms


• Assist in content creation for social media, email marketing, websites, and promotional materials


• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, etc.


• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities


• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies as needed


• Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and product launches


• Maintain and update the company’s CRM and marketing databases


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design


• Stay up-to-date with marketing best practices and industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field


• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role


• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva)


• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills


• Creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising


• Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite


• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)


• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
