Description
We are a leading producer and importer of premium poultry products serving the HORECA, retail, and food service industries in Singapore. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to elevate our brand presence and accelerate consumer demand within the food industry. Operating as a versatile generalist, you will strategically manage both digital media channels and physical marketing activations.
Your core responsibilities will include executing high-engagement social media campaigns, coordinating in-store retail promotions, and managing product sampling/launches. The ideal candidate will successfully cultivate authentic consumer relationships, foster brand loyalty, and implement actionable initiatives that directly drive revenue growth across all primary sales channels.
· Market Research and analysis: Track and understand market trends, analyze competitors and identify potential opportunities
· Social Media Management: Produce mouth-watering social content, manage and update the company's social media platform (Instagram, TikTok) featuring recipes, food photography, and short videos to engage foodies.
· Campaign Support: Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including event planning and promotional activities.
· Instore Activation: Design and coordinate point-of-sale displays, shelf-talkers, tent card and signage with our business partners.
· Reporting and Analysis: Assist to track and analyse campaign performance, providing data and insights to the marketing team.
· Food Visual Literacy: Basic skill in mobile food photography, styling, and short-form video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva).
· Administrative Tasks: This may include data entry, maintaining databases, and other administrative duties (e.g to support the marketing team).
· Additional responsibilities: Ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned by line manager.
Education and Work requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· 2 years of Marketing experience preferably within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), food and beverage (F&B), or retail.
· Highly proactive with a proven ability to take initiative and drive results.
· A genuine, demonstrable passion for food culture, cooking, and dining trends is highly preferred.
