As a marketing executive, you will drive e-commerce growth and brand visibility through effective management of online channels, integrated marketing campaigns, public relations, influencer partnerships, and consumer engagement initiatives. Leverage market insights to optimize performance and support business growth.
RESPONSIBILITY :
1. E-commerce channel management
• Manage the day-to-day execution of Elemis Singapore's brand.com, Lazada and Shopee stores, including product listings, storefront content, pricing, promotions and campaign assets.
• Maintain an integrated e-commerce calendar covering product launches, platform mega campaigns, bundles, vouchers, gifts with purchase and other trading initiatives.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service on stock readiness, product availability, fulfilment issues and customer feedback that may affect online sales.
• Work with agencies and platform account teams to launch campaigns on schedule and ensure that all content, claims and visual assets follow brand guidelines.
• Monitor channel sales, traffic, conversion, average order value and media efficiency. Prepare regular reports and recommend practical improvements to merchandising and campaign performance.
2. Public relations and influencer engagement
• Support public relations planning and execution, including media materials, product seeding, sample management, media enquiries and coverage reporting.
• Coordinate influencer and creator engagements, from briefing and product delivery to content review, posting schedules and performance tracking.
• Maintain productive working relationships with public relations agencies, media contacts and relevant partners.
3. Integrated campaigns and events
• Support the annual marketing calendar and execute integrated campaigns across e commerce, social, public relations, retail and customer touchpoints.
• Prepare clear briefs, timelines and asset requirements, and coordinate internal approvals and external production.
• Plan and support product launches, media events, consumer events, pop-ups and brand activations, including invitations, vendors, logistics, on-site execution and post-event reporting.
4. Market insights
• Monitor competitor activity, marketplace developments, beauty trends and consumer behaviour in Singapore to support campaign and channel planning.
WHO YOU ARE :
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce, preferably within beauty, retail, or premium consumer brands.
Familiar with managing e-commerce platforms such as brand.com, Lazada, and Shopee, and supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Commercially aware with an understanding of KPIs and performance drivers
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
