About the role
KENZEN Group is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our F&B brands, including Craftsmen Coffee, Prairie by Craftsmen, and Superitto.
This role is ideal for someone creative, hands-on, and highly organized — someone who enjoys being on the ground, creating content, and bringing campaigns to life.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and outlet teams to ensure marketing activities are executed smoothly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
• Assist in planning and executing social media content across all brands
• Create engaging photo, video, and short-form content (IG posts, reels, stories, TikTok, XHS)
• Oversee the management of social media communications
• Write captions and schedule posts according to content calendar
• Monitor engagement and respond to customer enquiries/messages
Creative & Visual Support
• Assist in organising and executing product photoshoots
• Coordinate with designers and vendors on marketing collaterals
• Ensure brand consistency across menus, packaging, posters, and in-store materials
Campaign & Promotion Execution
• Support festive campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
• Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure smooth on-ground execution
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting results
Events & Partnerships
• Support coordination of private events and corporate bookings
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and KOLs when required
• Assist in brand activations and pop-ups
• Manage a mobile coffee cart concept called Craftsmen-On-Wheels
Digital & Administrative Support
• Update website, POS, delivery platforms and e-commerce listings when needed
• Support loyalty programme and promotional set-ups
• Assist in basic reporting, competitor research, and market monitoring
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B or lifestyle brands
• Strong interest in social media and content creation
• Basic photography and videography skills (mobile content creation is a plus)
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and basic design & editing tools (Canva, Capcut etc)
• Organised, proactive, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working both in-office and on-site at outlets
• Passion for food, coffee, and hospitality
