Basic UP $4000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage end-to-end campaigns, from idea development to execution and post-campaign review.
Oversee social media content planning and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Run email marketing campaigns, including basic segmentation and performance tracking.
Update and manage website content to ensure accuracy and SEO-friendliness.
Monitor campaign performance (engagement, leads, conversions) and recommend improvements.
Explore retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage customers.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with business goals.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and branding.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Marketing or relevant
Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketing experience with campaign planning and execution
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, Google Ads, email, SEO).
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva)
