Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule content across various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook


• Manage daily posting, community engagement, and respond to DMs/comments


• Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on insights

Livestream Hosting & Operations

• Assist to host livestreams (e.g. TikTok Live / Shopee Live / IG Live) to showcase products, answer questions, and drive sales


• Prepare livestream scripts, product highlights, and talking points


• Coordinate setup (lighting, audio, product display) and troubleshoot basic tech issues during streams

Content Creation

• Shoot and edit short-form videos (e.g. Reels/TikTok)Create visuals for campaigns, ads, and social posts


• Assist in influencer collaborations and UGC coordination

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches


• Conduct competitor research and trend scouting


• Support ecommerce activities such as listing updates, product descriptions, and reviews monitoring

Requirements

• Experience in social media, marketing, or content creation


• Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting livestreams confidently


• Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram trends, algorithms, and user behaviour


• Skilled in basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)


• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently


• Bonus: Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify)
