Job Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth industries.
Maintain and enhance the company's CRM database to ensure data accuracy and customer growth.
Engage customers via phone, email, and meetings to understand business needs and provide suitable solutions.
Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify business opportunities and improve sales performance.
Support the sales team with marketing initiatives and administrative activities.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously improve marketing strategies based on measurable results.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience in lead generation, campaign planning, and marketing execution.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English, with confidence in speaking to customers via phone, email, and face-to-face.
Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
