Marketing executive

Fresher365 Group is a digital-first food group building modern food brands for today’s consumers. We operate multiple online-focused brands across healthy meal prep, family dinners, and premium catering.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to support our Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, content, partnerships, and digital growth activities across our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing campaign execution

• Support execution of Google, Meta, SEO, CRM, and digital campaigns

• Coordinate campaign launches, promotions, and marketing calendars

• Assist in monitoring ROAS, CAC, traffic, and campaign performance

• Support implementation of performance-driven marketing activities
  

Branding and content

• Coordinate with internal creative team on content and marketing assets

• Ensure brand consistency across social media, website, and campaigns

• Assist with content planning, promotions, and product launches

• Help manage social media and digital marketing activities
  

Eccomerce and growth

• Support website updates, promotions, and product campaigns

• Monitor e-commerce performance and customer journey improvements

• Assist in initiatives to improve sales, repeat purchase, and AOV

• Help analyse campaign and customer performance data
  

Partnership and community

• Support collaborations with gyms, creators, affiliates, and partners

• Assist in outreach for influencer and co-marketing opportunities

• Help coordinate partnership campaigns and activations
  

Marketing Operations

• Coordinate timelines and execution across internal teams

• Help organise marketing assets, reports, and campaign tracking

• Support ad hoc marketing and growth initiatives
  

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced SME environment

• Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing

• Strong knowledge of Meta and Google Ads

• Experience driving online sales growth

• Familiar with social selling or live commerce

• Analytical and data-driven mindset

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to move fast

• Experience in health, fitness, wellness, food, or subscription businesses
