Up till $3800 Basic + Variable Bonus
5 days work week
Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, Mailchimp) and social media management.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, or F&B industry preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign & Execution
Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content).
Independently manage the marketing content calendar to meet tight deadlines.
Run basic digital advertising (e.g., social media ads) to drive traffic.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure cohesive campaign planning and execution across all touchpoints.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s brand vision and sales targets.
Create visually appealing content aligned with the brand.
Handle administrative tasks and provide on-ground support for marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns to ensure smooth daily operations of the marketing department.
Critical Requirements
Own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Proactively anticipate needs and suggest solutions under pressure.
Effectively juggle multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or equivalent.
Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, Mailchimp) and social media management.
Strong command of written and spoken English; ability to write creative and engaging marketing content.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, or F&B industry preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design
tools is an advantage.
