Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms for a kids retail brand, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiao Hong Shu (小红书).
Create engaging content such as videos, visuals, and EDMs to drive brand awareness and sales.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify successful strategies, and optimize future campaigns to improve conversions.
Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing strategies.
Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, order processing, and order packing.
Support and participate in events to create real-time content and engage with customers for feedback and insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and operations.
Requirements
Experience in social media management and content creation (video editing skills are an advantage).
Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willing to work on weekends when required (need to attend the physical events)
