Job Highlights

• Salary up to $4,500/month + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm

• Central location – Kallang

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track monthly and seasonal marketing campaigns and promotions across both online and retail channels.

• Partner with the merchandising team to support visual merchandising, ensure timely product uploads, and maintain a consistent brand image.

• Collaborate with external agencies to run Meta, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns, and manage influencer and KOL partnerships.

• Develop and schedule social media content; manage email marketing, CRM, and loyalty programmes.

• Maintain and update the Shopify website, including product listings, imagery, and copywriting.

• Oversee online launches and promotional activities, monitoring key site performance metrics and customer behaviour.

• Support in-store promotional activities, pop-up events, and produce necessary marketing collaterals.

• Coordinate mall campaigns and ensure accurate and timely submission of artwork and campaign details.

• Align marketing strategies with retail operations and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive execution.

• Liaise with Brand Owner on marketing assets, display standards, and branding guidelines.

• Manage ordering of marketing materials, packaging, and gifts-with-purchase (GWP), ensuring adequate stock levels.

• Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and shifts in consumer trends to inform marketing strategies.

• Manage and track marketing budgets, reviewing campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to refine marketing strategies and improve future campaign performance.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or a similar consumer-facing environment.

• Strong working knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce operations.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva for marketing design and content creation.
