Job Description :
Develop and execute strategic content marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels
Work closely with Sales Manager.
Handle customer relations (online & offline), manage enquiries across all touch points and assist with order fulfilment.
Ensure that all products information’s such as pricing, promotion and stocks level are up to date.
Design collaterals including product brochures, poster, banners inline with marketing campaigns.
Manage brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Tiktok and XHS
Create relevant social media content (static & video) for target audience to increase brand and product awareness.
Manage e-commerce website and online marketplaces, including creation of new and updating existing product listings, ensuring information are consistent across all platforms.
Prepare posters and promotional materials
Develop marketing strategies to increase sales performance
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement :
Degree holder with 4–6 years marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to liaise and correspond with mandarin speaking visitors / customers)
Demonstrate strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and have a flair for creative design.
Highly proficient in design tools from Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Indesign).
Good photography, videography and editing skills.
Pro-active, able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
