Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to support marketing strategy, campaigns, branding, and cross-department initiatives. The role involves executing integrated marketing efforts, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

   • Implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

   • Execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.

   • Manage product launches, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to boost awareness and sales.

2. Branding & Communication

   • Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

   • Work with designers to create compelling marketing materials and visuals.

   • Develop creative content for social media, newsletters, and website updates.

   • Support continuous improvement of customer shopping journeys.

3. Market Research & Analysis

   • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.

   • Gather customer insights to provide data-driven feedback for engagement and conversion improvements.

   • Measure campaign performance and prepare monthly reports for management.

4. Partnership & Event Management

   • Coordinate partnerships, exhibitions, and corporate events.

   • Manage collaborations with media, influencers, and corporate clients.

   • Represent the company in cross-brand collaborations.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration

   • Work with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion.

   • Liaise with product and operations teams to align campaigns with inventory and supply.

   • Provide insights on products or service improvements.

   • Ensure consistent brand visuals across online and offline channels.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns).

• Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand storytelling skills.

• Proficiency in Canva, video editing, or equivalent design tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 basic per month.

Work Arrangement:

• Location: Marina Square, Singapore

• Standard office hours
