Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
Manage product launches, promotions, key events, and seasonal campaigns to boost awareness and sales.
2. Branding & Communication
Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Work closely with designers to create compelling marketing materials and visuals.
Develop creative content for social media, newsletters, and website updates.
Work with the marketing manager to consistently improve customer shopping journeys.
3. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis and market trend studies.
Gather customer insights to provide constructive feedback backed by data-driven results and improve engagement and conversion.
Measure campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with the Marketing Manager for management.
4. Partnership & Event Management
Coordinate and support partnerships, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Manage collaborations with media, influencers, and corporate clients.
Represent Ergoworks for cross-brand collaboration.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion.
Liaise with product and operations teams to ensure campaign alignment with inventory and supply.
Provide insights and feedback on products or service improvement.
Consistently work with cross channels to improve on brand visual – both online and offline.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of marketing experience
Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns).
Proficient in Canva, video editing, or equivalent design tools.
