Marketing Executive - Digital & Social Media Exposure, Career Progression

Summary Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, office hour

• Multiple Locations Available: Raffles Place, Alexendra

• Basic Salary: $3,000 to $4,300 (commensurate based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and on-ground activations

• Create engaging content including copywriting, simple design, and video content

• Manage social media platforms (content planning, posting, and performance tracking)

• Maintain and update website content to strengthen brand presence and generate quality leads

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events and corporate initiatives (occasional weekends required)

• Coordinate with internal teams, brand principals, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth campaign delivery

• Support artwork and creative development (in-house and with external partners)

• Track campaign performance to ensure timelines, lead targets, and quality metrics are met

• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing

• Basic knowledge of design/editing tools (e.g. Photoshop) is a plus

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to be hands-on and learn across different marketing channels
