Marketing Executive | Digital Presence & Content Specialist

• Up to S$3,500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus.

Join a growing brand as a versatile Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be the creative voice and digital engine of the company. We are looking for a storyteller who can navigate mainstream platforms like Facebook and Instagram while also tapping into the high-growth Xiaohongshu market. You will manage everything from high-level digital campaigns to the essential details of product price lists and brochures, ensuring our brand remains competitive and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu.

• Content Creation: Lead creative content writing for newsletters, promotional materials, and digital campaigns to drive brand awareness.

• Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute interactive campaigns to increase follower engagement and interaction.

• Sales Enablement: Update product price lists, brochures, and "new arrival" notices across all customer communication channels.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to develop fresh marketing ideas.

• Admin & Sales Support: Assist with office administrative tasks and provide ad-hoc sales support to ensure overall company profitability.

• Media Coordination: Plan advertising schedules and coordinate media placements to maximize reach.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Digital Marketing, E-Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• 2–3 years of working experience in Marketing Support or a related field.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong knowledge of Photo and Video editing (preferred).

  • Native-level familiarity with Social Media channels (especially XHS).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record in content writing.

• Independent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period will be prioritized.
