About the role
We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at CS21 DESIGN PTE. LTD. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive the growth and visibility of our brand.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
Assist in day-to-day content creation — from ideation to editing (mainly IG, TikToks, Douyin, XHS, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Crafting engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials to effectively communicate our brand message
Analysing marketing performance data to identify trends and optimise campaigns for maximum impact
Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies
Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor and/or Management.
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the Marketing Communications industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for brand-building
Proficiency in content creation and video editing
