Marketing Executive — Content, Brand & Community
Mister Mobile Trading
Description
Mister Mobile runs 17 retail branches across Singapore and has built its reputation on trust, quality service, and a genuine commitment to our customers and community. As we enter our next chapter, we're growing our marketing bench — and we're looking for a versatile Marketing Executive who can create content people actually want to watch, strengthen how our brand shows up in public, and help run the community programs that give back to the people we serve.
This is a broad, hands-on role. On any given week you might be behind the camera, in the edit, drafting a press pitch, wiring up an AI workflow, running a customer workshop, or coordinating a beneficiary visit. If you like variety, own your roadmap, and want your work to have visible impact, this is for you.
What you'll do
Run our content & media engine
Shoot, edit, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Cover staff stories, customer features, behind-the-scenes at our stores and repair workshops, community work, and the human side of what we do. Manage the content calendar, captions, and cross-platform distribution — taking a project from idea to published post without needing a full production team.
Shape our brand & Public Relationship
Help define how Mister Mobile looks, sounds, and shows up in the public conversation. Keep our brand consistent across channels, pitch our stories to local media, co-market with partners, and draft press releases and external communications. You'll be a guardian of the brand and one of its loudest, clearest voices.
Build with AI & marketing automation
Use AI tools to work faster and smarter — content generation and editing, copy drafting, research, and automating repetitive marketing workflows (scheduling, reporting, distribution, lead handling). We're a tech-forward company with an automation-heavy stack; we want someone who's genuinely curious about AI and eager to put it to work rather than treat it as a novelty.
Host talks, tutorials & webinars
Represent Mister Mobile in person and on camera as a presenter — customer education sessions (device care, trade-in how-tos, tech tips), community talks, partner tutorials, and webinars. You're comfortable standing in front of a room or a lens, explaining things clearly, and holding an audience's attention.
Lead our CSR & community program
Own our giving-back work as one part of your remit. Build and manage relationships with beneficiary organisations — children's homes, family service centres, senior support programs, and others. Plan community initiatives end-to-end (beneficiary visits, donation drives, on-site activations), coordinate the operational workflow, tracking, and reporting, and represent Mister Mobile at partner events. Then turn that real impact into content that moves people.
Support marketing wherever needed
Campaigns, in-store activations, partner projects, ad-hoc shoots, brand initiatives, internal culture and staff engagement — priorities shift, and you'll flex with them. This isn't a narrow role, and we don't want someone who needs every task to fit neatly into a job scope.
Who you are
A natural storyteller. You find the human story in a quiet moment, not just the obvious one. You know what makes people stop scrolling.
Hands-on with content production. Comfortable with cameras, mobile-first shooting for social, and editing in Premiere Pro or CapCut.
Branding & Public Relationship background. You've worked on brand and communications before — you understand brand consistency, media relations, and how to craft a message that lands with the public.
AI-savvy. You already use AI tools in your work and are excited to build automations that make marketing faster and sharper.
A confident presenter. You can lead a talk, tutorial, or webinar in person — clear, warm, and engaging in front of an audience.
Good-hearted. You genuinely care about people and community work, and bring warmth and empathy to everything you do. This isn't a job we can teach.
A strong communicator across languages and cultures. You can comfortably engage with people from different backgrounds across Singapore's diverse communities. Multilingual ability is a plus.
Project-disciplined. Details matter — consents, logistics, partner communication, timelines. You stay on top of all of it.
Self-directed and adaptable. You're comfortable owning your roadmap, comfortable with shifting priorities, and comfortable with broad scope.
Mature and discreet. You'll represent the brand in many settings, some involving vulnerable people. We need someone who reads the room.
3–5 years experience in marketing, content production, or brand communications. Personal volunteer or community work experience is a strong plus.
