Role Summary
The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing & Creative team in managing brand collaterals and merchandise productions. This role focuses on print collateral coordination, vendor management, and creative sourcing—ensuring all physical brand touchpoints are executed accurately, on time, and in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collateral & Print Management
Manage end-to-end production of print collaterals (e.g. Portfolio, brochures, POS materials and any marketing communication materials).
Coordinate with internal departments on:
Reprints, updates, and revitalisation of existing collaterals
New design creation based on business and brand needs
Liaise with printers and vendors on quotations, materials, finishes, timelines, and specifications.
Conduct press checks and ensure quality control during production.
Coordinate delivery and inventory handover to the Operations team.
Maintain accurate tracking of quantities, versions, and reprint schedules.
Merchandise & Sourcing
Research and source creative gifts and custom merchandise items for campaigns, festive initiatives, and customer engagement.
Coordinate with creative agencies or in-house designers to develop production-ready merchandise.
Manage sampling, costing, approvals, and final production.
Project Coordination
Support marketing and creative projects through effective coordination and follow-through.
Manage timelines, approvals, and vendor communications.
Ensure deliverables meet brand, quality, and timeline requirements.
Requirements
Diploma in Marketing or Business admin
1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, or production-related roles.
Prior hands-on experience working with printers and managing print collateral production is essential.
Experience in sourcing merchandise via e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Good communication skills when dealing with vendors, designers, and internal teams.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Additional Information
5.5-day work week (alternate half-day Saturdays). Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm), Alternate Sat (8.30am – 12.30pm).
Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station / Admiralty MRT Station.
New office relocation to town area tentatively in Q2 2026.
This is a one-year contract position, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on business needs and individual performance.
