About the Role
We're looking for a creative and commercially-minded Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You'll play a dual role – driving brand-building campaigns that grow Qanvast's visibility and relevance, while also getting hands-on with social media video content production. This is a role for someone who can think strategically about a brand, move fast on execution, and is equally comfortable communicating with stakeholders as they are in front of a camera.
What You'll Do
Branding & Campaigns
Plan and execute branding campaigns across online and offline channels to drive brand awareness and recall among homeowners planning to renovate
Lead and support campaign initiatives including KOL/influencer collaborations, retail activations, partnership campaigns, and community events
Identify and manage partnerships with KOLs, complementary brands, and businesses to enhance Qanvast's brand value through paid and cross-collaboration opportunities
Spot growth opportunities and new partnership avenues that can accelerate platform and business growth
Monitor media spend and campaign performance in real time, advising on budget reallocation to maximise ROI
Work towards measurable outcomes including media coverage, uplift in lead generation, and increased sales enquiries for our interior design and product businesses
Content & Social Media
Collaborate with the social, paid, and editorial teams to develop content that supports branding campaigns and initiatives
Ideate, storyboard, and execute short-form video content and social media creatives and collaterals
Support the social media team in business-as-usual (BAU) video content production, including filming and editing short-form videos
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to both brand campaigns and content production
Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end — from ideation through execution and reporting
Hands-on experience with short-form video production, including filming and editing (experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or external partners, with a good sense of what makes a collaboration work
Comfortable working with data, able to read performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations (with tools such as Google Analytics, Holistics)
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
A creative eye, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in home, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus
