What you'll be doing?
Developing marketing strategies: Create and execute efficient, well-considered B2B marketing campaigns that deliver real impact for the business across local and overseas markets.
Managing brand identity: Monitor and uphold consistent corporate branding standards across all marketing and corporate materials, ensuring a strong and cohesive brand presence at every touchpoint.
Organising events: Plan and participate in seminars, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking sessions that elevate the company's profile and connect with key audiences.
Conducting market research: Gather and analyse insights on market trends, brand awareness, and competitor activity to inform smart, data-driven decisions.
Producing marketing collaterals: Oversee the design, content, and production of materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters that communicate the company's value clearly and compellingly.
Managing website content: Maintain and update the company's website to ensure it remains current, relevant, and reflective of the brand.
Supporting the sales team: Compile and distribute up-to-date product information to the sales department to enable effective customer engagement.
Managing vendor relationships: Liaise and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and marketing agencies to deliver quality outcomes within budget.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with country managers, the sales team, principals, and government agencies to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Who are they looking for?
Educational background: A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant B2B marketing executive work experience.
Skills: Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Digital and design tools: Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, and Google Analytics is an advantage, though not essential.
Flexibility to travel: A willingness to travel occasionally for business trips supports the regional nature of this role.
Other Information:
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs, 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm
Location: 55 Ayer Rajah Cres, Singapore 139949 (Kent Ridge or Buona Vista MRT)
Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
AWS and Performance Bonus are provided
