Job Summary:
Basic Salary: $3800 - $4600
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 6.15pm
Working Location: Kallang Avenue
AWS + Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing activities, tracking results and identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities in new and existing industries.
Research potential sectors such as Research, Robotics, Biomedical and Electric Vehicles.
Maintain and improve the CRM/customer database, ensuring accurate and updated information.
Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and generate potential leads.
Communicate with customers through phone, email and visits to understand their needs.
Provide appropriate solutions and customer support based on customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales team.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Good market research, analysis and customer engagement skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or Power Automate.
