About the role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Executive to lead our brand's digital presence and strategic growth. This role focuses on developing impactful marketing campaigns, managing multi-channel social media, and optimizing our brand outreach to drive conversions.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu to grow following and engagement
Oversee the creation of engaging visual and copy content tailored to different social media platforms
Ensure brand consistency and accurate promotional pricing across all e-commerce platforms and the official website
Identify and collaborate with influencers, local/overseas partners, and media to expand brand visibility
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, traffic) to refine future strategies
Conceptualize and implement retail promotion mechanics and seasonal campaigns to support sales targets
Present monthly marketing performance reports and market trend analysis to management
Assist in planning the marketing direction for event sales, atrium roadshows, and retail expansions
Brief and train the sales team on upcoming marketing promotions to ensure a seamless customer experience
About you
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven 2+ years of experience specifically in digital marketing or brand management.
Proficiency in social media tools and a strong portfolio of managing Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu
Excellent copywriting skills (English and Chinese preferred to manage Xiaohongshu content).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights
Strong networking skills with experience in partner/influencer management
Singaporeans are preferred.
