Description
We are looking for a Senior/ Marketing Executive who is passionate about visual storytelling and brand building. This role will primarily focus on graphic design and creative production, while supporting digital marketing initiatives through data-driven insights and execution.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong eye for design and the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual content that engages the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative (Primary Focus)
Design and produce high-quality marketing visuals, including digital assets, print collaterals, and branding materials
Develop layouts and creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Support content creation through photography, videography, and editing (e.g. Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and touchpoints
2. Digital Marketing (Secondary Scope)
Manage and update the corporate website (WordPress)
Plan and execute digital campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media)
Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Track and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Ads Manager, and propose improvements
3. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Contribute creative ideas for lead generation initiatives such as email marketing, newsletters, events, and partnerships
Work with internal stakeholders to optimise marketing spend and campaign effectiveness
4. Project Coordination
Liaise with external vendors (e.g. web development, video production) to ensure timely delivery of projects
Support onboarding of new doctors with marketing and branding materials
Requirements
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Premiere Pro is a plus)
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress)
Strong eye for design, layout, and visual consistency
Good analytical, communication, and time management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently
