Job Description:
1. Take ownership to:
Identify gaps in marketing performance
Propose bold, data-backed strategies
Drive measurable improvements in leads, bookings, and revenue
2. Actively conceptualise and execute creative, high-converting marketing campaigns to drive:
Lead generation
Appointment bookings
Show-up rates
3. Develop strong campaign hooks, offers, and messaging angles, such as:
First-trial offers (e.g. acne, slimming, hair removal)
Limited-time promotions / urgency campaigns
Before & after storytelling (compliant formats)
Package bundling strategies
4. Initiate and execute:
Seasonal campaigns (CNY, Hari Raya, Summer body, Year-end glow-up)
Treatment-specific campaigns (e.g. Pico laser, HIFU, fat freezing)
Outlet-level push campaigns to drive traffic to specific locations
5. Drive retention and reactivation strategies, including:
CRM campaigns
Remarketing funnels
Loyalty programme initiatives
6. Continuously monitor competitors and market trends to propose new growth ideas
7. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation
Support and optimise full marketing funnel: Awareness → Lead → Booking → Show-Up → Repeat
Identify drop-off points and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and show-up rates
Work closely with clinic/frontline teams to improve lead handling and appointment conversion
Drive initiatives to increase Cost per Appointment Booked (CPAB) efficiency
Job Requirement:
2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital / performance marketing
Proven track record in lead generation, conversion optimisation, and campaign scaling
Experience in aesthetic, beauty, healthcare, or medispa industry is highly preferred
