About the role
Your primary responsibility will be to drive footfall, brand awareness and revenue through creative campaigns, events and partnership, while managing tenant relationships and ensuring smooth mall operations relating to advertising & promotion. This is a dynamic role where you'll have the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders and handle marketing efforts.
Job Description
Campaign Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute promotional activities and events that boost mall visibility and attract shoppers. Engage with tenants for A&P collaborations and identify new partners for enhanced campaign offerings.
A&P Revenue: Market the mall’s advertising and promotional spaces such as atrium space, casual leasing to generate revenue, manage enquiries, and maintain accurate booking records. Prepare and manage licensing agreements.
Marketing Support: Develop content for digital kiosks, the mall’s website, and social media platforms, while supporting tenant advertising initiatives and liaising with agencies and vendors.
Shoppers’ enquiries: handle shopper and tenant inquiries related to marketing and service excellence.
Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare monthly reports on A&P activities, post mortem reports to track campaign effectiveness and keep track of budgets and expenditures.
· Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisors / management from time to time.
Requirements
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who enjoys collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree from Marketing/Advertisement and a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training. Prior specialty A&P experience in Retail properties will be preferred.
· Good proficiency in MS office, Social Media Management of Facebook & Instagram and use of Canva for content creation.
