Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, and CorDx online store), including product listings, pricing, vouchers, product expiry, and page design to improve sales performance.
2. Create and update product content such as images, descriptions, and promotional materials for online and retail use (banners, brochures, advertisements, etc.).
3. Plan and manage social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
4. Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer surveys to support marketing strategies, pricing, and product positioning.
5. Handle customer feedback, queries, and recovery plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Support trade shows and retail marketing in Singapore, including booth/poster design, printed materials, and coordination with vendors for production and logistics.
7. Prepare educational and promotional materials for distributors to improve product knowledge and product adoption.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
2. Experience in e-commerce and social media marketing.
3. Good graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools/software.
4. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with counterparts in China).
5. Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
6. Creative, detail-oriented, and strong in analysis and problem-solving.
