“L’Angelus” our famous smart and casual French brasserie, “Les Bouchons” our well-known French Steak-House , Tapas 24, our Colourful and vibrant Spanish tapas concept, by Michelin star Chef Carles Abellan and finally enjoymowine.com, our in-house wine ecommerce and B2B supplier.

Develop & deliver a marketing, events and communication strategy
To liaise with Public Relations companies, when required, esp for new launches
Responsible for marketing & events of following restaurants in Singapore & Malaysia - Tapas,24, L'Angelus and Les Bouchons; and a wine ecommerce site - emjoymowine.com
Update website, e-coommerce and social media platforms
Manage Google business and TripAdvisor
Plan and execute advertising spend
Design marketing material including collaterals and disseminate in both print & digital media
Work closely with all restaurant managers and product heads for a smooth marketing & events campaign
Lead a team of 2 in the department
Work with clients to obtain events at our restaurants
Study competition closely and periodically
Manage all events set-up, tear down and follow up process
Actively manage A&P to achieve ROAS as set by management
Use Clause and other AI tools for social media posting, customer engagement and for other evolvinmg marketing tools
Use Instagram, TikTok and XiaHongShu platforms and approach micro-influencers
Salary: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
