About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Yi Jia Global(S) Pte Ltd as a Marketing cum customer service executive. You will play a key role in supporting the marketing and customer service functions of the company.
What you'll be doing
Assist in marketing promotion and support the organization of various events.
Provide service and supporting to distributors, respond to business inquiries across multiple channels, welcome customers, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support logistics coordination and goods transportation.
Organize and maintain accurate records of work-related documents.
Carry out other assigned tasks and instructions as required.
Provide administrative support as needed
What we're looking for
Diploma or higher academic qualification.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required;
At least 1 year of relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
Strong computer literacy and prior experience in order entry systems.
Ability to work effectively within a team, with strong time management and self‑discipline skills.
Willingness to work on a weekend shift rotation (Five working days); flexibility to support weekend marketing activities as part of the service industry.
Prior experience in related fields will be considered an advantage
