Marketing Coordinator / Associate

About the role

Are you a creative and driven marketing professional looking to make your mark in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? As a Marketing Coordinator at Kok Han Marketing Pte. Ltd., you'll play a key role in developing and executing impactful deliverables to drive brand awareness for our diverse clients. This full-time role is based in the Kaki Bukit East Region and offers the opportunity to unleash your creativity alongside colleagues.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the creation and publishing of marketing collaterals (Canva) across various channels, including social media

• Creating engaging content such as social media posts, product brochures, and promotional materials

• Developing short-form videos for new product launches, internal events, etc.

• Handling our e-commerce platforms' sales and enquiries (Shopee, Lazada) 

• Monitoring and analysing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the company's marketing approach

• Other ad-hoc duties

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in a marketing or communications role will be good. Otherwise, candidates with no experience will have the opportunity to be shortlisted too. Onsite training will be provided. 

• Strong writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail

• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the company

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required
