About Durra
Durra is a premium home appliance brand redefining modern cooking through design, simplicity, and thoughtful innovation. Our first product, a modular glass air fryer, is built for individuals who value both performance and aesthetic clarity in their everyday routines.
We are in an early growth stage and looking for someone who wants to build, not just execute.
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both content and brand. You will be responsible for shaping how Durra shows up across digital platforms, while working closely with the founder on growth initiatives.
This role has the potential to evolve into a long-term leadership or partnership position for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social
Manage and grow social media presence
Plan and execute short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
Conceptualise content angles aligned with lifestyle positioning (busy professionals, health, tech enthusiasts)
Paid Ads
Set up and manage Meta / TikTok ad campaigns
Test creatives, hooks, and audience segments
Track performance and iterate based on data
Creative & Brand Execution
Assist in designing marketing collaterals (ads, landing visuals, simple graphics)
Coordinate or shoot product content (basic photography/video)
Ensure all outputs align with Durra’s premium brand aesthetic
Growth Support
Contribute ideas for campaigns, launches, and partnerships
Support influencer / UGC collaborations
Assist in execution of retail or demo marketing where needed
Who This Is For
You are likely someone who:
Has experience running or growing a brand page (even personal or side projects)
Understands what makes content perform, not just look good
Has a strong sense of visual taste and branding
Is proactive and enjoys building from zero to one
Bonus if you:
Have worked with DTC or ecommerce brands
Understand the Singapore consumer market
Have experience with content that converts (not just aesthetics)

Compensation
