📍Location: Toa Payoh

💰Salary: Up to $3.5K + 1 month completion bonus

📝Duration: 1 year contract, renewable / convertible subject to performance and business needs

🕙Working Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9am-6:30pm / Fri, 9am-5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Executing platform acquisition campaigns (update marketing comms, website, terms and conditions and digital creatives)

• Coordinating acquisition campaigns across PMs, CASA and circulate to key stakeholders

• Maintaining tracking codes for acquisition websites

• Campaign Management and Fulfillment (sample checks, customer fulfillment comms)

• Liaising with internal and external partners (e.g.  aggregators for mechanics, agreements and fulfilment)

• Planning customer engagement communications (website updates and monthly eDMs, Insights, Push notification)

• Raise systems requests via system, get eApproval and circulate for approvals

• Onboarding journey improvements (FAQ, digital form updates, websites, entry points, communications)

• Crafting and clearance of terms and conditions for internal and external campaigns

• Application form updates for Branches, ASD and online

• Assist in product website updates and monthly SMS, eDMs requests

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline

• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing operations, or acquisition marketing

• Hands-on experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns (website, eDMs, SMS, push notifications) and working with internal stakeholders

• Familiar with campaign tracking, website updates, application forms, and basic digital workflows
