Description
Responsibilities:
Support in executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
Manage enquiries from all marketing channels and ensure accurate online representation of our services and portfolio
Guide clients through the initial consultation process and coordinate with Business Development team for smooth handover.
Organized, updated, and maintained client records using HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy.
Assist in content creation for brochures, newsletters, and websites.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors and customer trends.
Help organize company events, webinars, and product launches.
Track and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics.
Attend industry networking events to enhance brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, client relations, or business development
Experience in interior design, architecture, property, or lifestyle industries is an advantage
Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Analytics, and basic SEO
Knowledge in HubSpot CRM is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Creative, proactive, and comfortable interacting with clients at all levels.
