Into E Projects is a creative-driven company focused on building engaging experiences, Campaigns, and Community & Corporate events. Beyond events, we also provide curated products such as corporate gifts and inventory solutions to support our clients’ needs.
We’re looking for someone who can create, communicate, and convert ideas into opportunities.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid role combining marketing, content creation, and business development.
You will play a key role in:
Building our brand presence
Creating marketing and sales materials
Supporting client engagement and partnerships
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and working with people, and wants to be involved from idea to execution..
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Marketing & Content Creation (Core)
Manage social media platforms (content planning, captions, engagement)
Create visuals and short-form videos using tools like Canva / CapCut
Support marketing campaigns (online & on-ground)
Ensure brand consistency across all materials
🎨 Design & Sales Materials (IMPORTANT VALUE ADD)
Design product catalogues for gifts and company inventory
Update and maintain catalogues for internal sales team usage
Create simple marketing assets (e.g. decks, flyers, pitch materials)
Work closely with the sales team to ensure materials are practical and effective
🤝 Business Development & Partnerships
Respond to inbound enquiries and leads
Reach out to potential clients, partners, and sponsors
Prepare proposals and presentation decks
Attend meetings and present ideas confidently
Support conversion of opportunities into projects
🚀 Growth & Project Support
Identify new opportunities for collaborations and campaigns
Support execution of events or activations when required

We’re open to candidates with strengths in marketing, content, or client-facing roles, but you should be comfortable learning across all areas.
You’ll thrive if you:
Enjoy both design/creative work and interacting with people
Are hands-on and able to execute ideas independently
Have a good eye for visuals and basic design sense
Are organised and able to manage multiple tasks
🧠 Skills & Tools
Familiar with Canva (required)
Basic knowledge of Adobe tools (e.g. Illustrator / Photoshop) is a plus
Comfortable using CapCut or similar for simple video content
Good communication and presentation skills
